Every batch undergoes rigorous independent third party testing to verify purity. We also test for endotoxins and heavy metals to ensure each product meets our strict quality standards. Only batches that fall within our specified conformance criteria are released into inventory and made available for purchase.

Healand Research products are made in a cGMP facility under stringent quality standards. We have full traceability to our supply chain from raw materials to end product. We conduct in-house testing and external unbiased third-party testing to ensure product safety and conformance. The names and details of our supply chain can not be disclosed as it is intellectual property for Healand Research.

Currently we are only shipping withn the UK. We will be adding more countries in Europe and rest of the world shortly please bear with us as we expand our operations. For international shipments buyer will be responsible for ensuring compliance, payment of customs duties and import regulations.

All orders are securely packaged in discreet and durable boxes to maintain product integrity and ensure safe transit. We include a frozen gel pack to mantain product temperature for transit.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are generally stable when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While refrigeration is recommended for long-term storage, it is not essential, and the product does not need to be kept refrigerated during normal storage or transit.

At Healand Research, we go a step further. Before dispatch, our peptides are stored in clinical-grade refrigerators and freezers to help preserve their quality and integrity. As an additional precaution, every order is shipped with a frozen gel pack to help minimise temperature fluctuations during transit. Although these measures are not required for lyophilised peptides, they reflect our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, handling and care from the moment our products arrive to the moment they reach you.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides supplied by Healand Research have a shelf life of up to 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
For extended storage, peptides may be kept frozen at -20°C or below, where they have a shelf life of up to 3 years from the date of manufacture

Due to the nature of chemical research products, all sales are final once the order has shipped. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@healandpeptides.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the product.
